Located near College Grove, Redwood Villa is a 92-unit community just minutes away from Chollas Creek, College Grove Plaza as well as Oak Park Library. Our Resident Services Department provides events, adventures and fun for residents! Redwood Villa is designated for seniors 55 and over. Pets are welcome!
